Websites, internal tools, dashboards and AI automation for ABA practices and other small service businesses. Built by two BCBAs, in ABA since 2017, with hands-on data engineering experience. We already know how your scheduling, billing and staffing actually work, so you don't pay us to learn it.

Prices in USD. Quotes are full price; we don't discount by trading for equity. Sales tax, third-party licenses and hosting fees are listed separately in every quote.

Good fit
- ABA, speech, OT and other therapy practices with 5 to 200 staff that need a site that hires and a back office that doesn't run on six spreadsheets.
- Small service businesses with data in a few exports and no one to turn it into a weekly report.
- Teams that want AI to draft, sort or summarize routine non-clinical work, with a person checking the output.
- Founders who need a working first version of a product, not a slide deck.
Not a fit
- Clinical software, EHR or EMR replacements, or anything that has to hold protected health information.
- Medical, clinical or treatment advice in any form, including AI that makes clinical recommendations.
- Projects that need to start this week with no written scope.
- Paying in equity in place of the quoted price.
03 · Process How a project runs
- Free first call. You tell us the problem, and we tell you honestly whether software fixes it and roughly what it would cost.
- Written scope and fixed quote. Deliverables, what's excluded, milestones, price and dates on two or three pages. Nothing starts until you sign it.
- Build in milestones. You see working software at each milestone, with two rounds of revisions per milestone. Changes beyond that are quoted at $200/hour before we do them.
- Launch and handover. You own the code, accounts and domain. You get documentation, plus an optional retainer if you want us to keep going.

RBT Exam Prep Kit: our own product, end to end
We wrote the content, designed it, built it and run it: a sales page, a free 10-question sample, Stripe checkout with Apple Pay and Google Pay, instant access after payment, signed download links and transactional email. It's the same stack and standard we'd use for you.
We're a new studio, so we don't show logos or quotes we don't have. On the first call we can walk you through how the example above is built.

05 · Founder session $200 per hour, prepaid
For when you need an expert opinion now: reviewing a vendor proposal, planning a data setup, or deciding whether an AI tool is worth paying for. Sessions are by video, and you get a written summary afterwards. Book in one-hour blocks.
Terms. Please read these before paying.
- Credited toward an accepted project. If you sign a project with us, the full amount you paid for the session comes off that project's price.
- Prepaid and nonrefundable after payment, subject to applicable law.
- Rescheduling: you can reschedule with at least 72 hours' notice before the session starts. Email support@neuropathlabs.com.
- We email you within 1 business day of payment to agree a time.
- This is a business and technology consultation. It is not clinical, medical or legal advice.
Payment goes through Stripe. The checkout page shows the same terms again and asks you to confirm them.
