Privacy note

What we collect. When you send the contact form, we store the details you enter (name, email, organization, website, need, budget, timeline and message), the time of the request, and a one-way hash of your IP address so we can spot abuse. When you book a call, we store the time you chose, your name, email, organization, what you want to cover and your time zone, and email you a confirmation and a reminder. When you pay for a founder session, Stripe processes the payment, and we receive your name, email and the fields you filled in at checkout. We never see your card number.

Why. Only to reply to you, schedule and deliver what you asked for, and keep records required for accounting.

Who else sees it. Our hosting provider (Hostinger), our email provider (Resend) and Stripe process this data on our behalf. We don't sell it or use it for advertising.

Health information. Please don't send patient or client health information through this site. We don't build or operate systems that hold it.

Your choices. Email support@neuropathlabs.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.

Cookies. This site sets no tracking cookies.
